Garden Phlox

The garden phlox are still pretty. I love the sweet fragrance of these flowers. My wish list includes a white and a red one ... maybe next year.

I simply love tall phlox. yours are so pretty. Do you have Laura. It has the best fragrance of the ones I have in my garden.

I have had these phlox for a long time and they were given to me by a friend, so I don't know the names if any of them. What color is Laura? I like the ones that have a good fragrance.

Thanks for Hocking Hills Gardener and Alan. I know I am prejudice, but Virginia is a beautiful state, especially the mountains.

I have tall Phlox in my garden and also enjoy their blooms. Mine are also still blooming -- I am also in Virginia. This year I have quite a few volunteers, too. With all of the rain we've had, I'm surprised there has been no mildew on them.

I love your phlox, they look strikingly similar to mine;-) I have 3 varieties, and they are still going strong! I love how they continously send out new 'babies', which I can transfer to other areas...and they just thrive, no matter where I place them!! Their only weakness is that they are delicacies for DEER:-( I do have to 'spray' them occasionally so that their tender buds aren't snapped up for dinner!
